10 Year Level Term Life

A traditional group term life product and cornerstone of our Affinity Solutions portfolio.

  • $25,000 to $250,000 amounts available
  • Available to members, spouse, and dependent children
  • Unisex or gender-distinct; smoker/nonsmoker rates available
  • Accelerated death benefit available


50-Plus Term Life

Provides a vital safety net to insured members and their families at an economical cost.

  • Two plan options available – Level Term coverage or Level Premium
  • Available for ages 50 through 74
  • Renewable through age 95
  • Group economical rates for the fixed-income of the senior market


Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Features an attractive compensation and expense reimbursement package.

  • Choice of benefit amounts from $100,000 to $500,000 in $10,000 increments
  • Available to spouses of members
  • Optional children's benefit of $10,000
  • Available "family" plan – Benefits for spouse and/or children that are a percentage of the member's benefit amount
  • Seat-belt benefit included
  • Optional common carrier and education benefits
